Refund policy
At The Safe Trim, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of personal grooming tools, especially barber and hygiene-related products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and prevent any misuse.
1. General Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the order. Due to the personal nature of grooming tools, once delivered, products are considered final sale unless they meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
This policy is also in place to maintain strict hygiene standards and prevent any risk of contamination or misuse of personal grooming items.
2. Reporting Time After Delivery
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Any issue must be reported on our official WhatsApp number within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, and the order will be considered successfully delivered and approved.
3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
Refund or replacement will only be provided in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
For replacements, the damaged or incorrect product must be returned to us first before a new item is dispatched.
For refunds, the product must also be returned and inspected. Once received and verified, the refund will be processed.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return approval:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Product must not show signs of usage or tampering
Used products are strictly not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety concerns.
5. Quality Check Before Dispatch
All products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and proper working condition. We aim to deliver only fully checked and functional products to our customers.
6. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, The Safe Trim will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Customers are requested to place orders responsibly.
If a COD order is refused without a valid reason, The Safe Trim reserves the right to block or restrict future orders.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
10. Geographic Availability
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
