We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan. We do not provide international delivery at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and proper condition.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Major cities: 4 to 5 working days
  • Other areas: 6 to 7 working days

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on location and order size. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for customer convenience. Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and delivery details to ensure smooth delivery.

In case of repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via WhatsApp or SMS where available. Customers can also contact our support team for delivery updates.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide support to help resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
