Once an order is dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping partner, though we will assist in resolving any delivery issues.

Due to the hygienic nature of grooming tools, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and returned in original packaging for eligibility. Used items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
